An opportunity has arisen to become a key member of the Management team at one of RCTs busiest Leisure facilities.

The successful candidate will assist the Recreation Manager to ensure efficient and effective management of the facility on a day to day basis. Excellent leadership and teamwork skills will be required to ensure staff deliver high standards of customer service in accordance with all operational procedures. You will need to be resilient have a flexible approach to working hours, be able to multitask and have the ability to think on your feet in thriving leisure and fitness facility.
