View Vacancy -- First Response Advisor

Positions have arisen, within the Customer Care Directorate, to prioritise, handle and action calls within our Adult Social Care First Response Service.
You will receive calls from adults wishing to access Social Care services across Rhondda Cynon Taf, in line with processes and protocols will escalate as and when necessary. You will also pro-actively contact service users, in line with a preventative approach to their health and well-being.
You will work as part of a team rota that covers the service between the hours of 8.30am and 18.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Excellent communication skills, particularly telephone techniques, are required. Effective use of ICT systems is also essential. Experience of working in a team and in a Contact Centre environment is also a requirement.
You will be an individual with a positive, can-do attitude and a desire to deliver outstanding customer service.
