An opportunity has arisen within Bereavement Services, to appoint a Bereavement Services Officer.  This role involves all office based administration work associated with the Authorities Cemeteries and Crematoria.

The successful candidate will need to provide accurate, concise and clear information to the general public, Funeral Directors, Clergy and Monumental Masons.

The successful applicant must have a strong commitment to customer care, excellent organisational and communication skills and must observe strict adherence at all times to statutory law, council regulations and policy.  The main objective of the role is at all times, to ensure all aspects of administration applicable to Bereavement Services is completed accurately and on time.
