Rhondda Cynon Taf Council is seeking to employ a committed Triage Support Worker to ensure that Communities for Work deliver support to the Lead Delivery Team who provide employment focused support to young people and adults in our community. 

The Project supports unemployed and economically inactive young people and adults, to help them overcome complex barriers to employment. 

We are looking for an individual who is able to demonstrate an understanding of the issues faced by young people and adults seeking sustained employment, with good administrative skills, and who possess a good working knowledge of local services and organisations working with the client groups.
