Vision Products is a customer focusing business and provides supported employment to people with differing levels of disability. Over 60% of the staff are classed as having a disability. Vision Products supplies community equipment into the local community, both new and refurbished equipment which is refurbished at the site, manufacture PVCu windows, provide Assistive Technology and servicing of equipment in addition to delivering a PPE service in Rhondda Cynon Taf, Bridgend and Merthyr areas.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contracts and Performance Manager. You will manage the Business Team and will work with wider teams to support the growth and development of the business moving forward, delivering on a range of plans and projects whilst supporting the operational aspects of the business. 

As a manager we are looking for an experienced individual who can assist in the delivery of a vast range of diverse services within a supported business setting. You will be expected to balance the needs of the diverse teams which we employ and support, whilst ensuring the business meets its objectives and contractual requirements.  We are looking for a dynamic individual who has the experience, drive and capability to undertake the duties of this role, which include: 

  • Collating and analysing statistical and performance data for the services at Vision Products.
  • Assisting in the development of new and exciting business opportunities.
  • Ensuring contractual obligations, including PPQ’s and tenders are fulfilled.
  • Ability to document, audit and report on quality standards such as ISO9001:2015.
  • Producing activity and performance reports using a range of IT systems.

You will need to have a Management qualification and experience of managing staff, working on tenders, contract management and monitoring. A full list of essential requirements are outlined in the Person Specification.

You will be working in line with the Council’s flexible working policy, and be expected to cover office days as well as having the flexibility of agile working, details of which will be agreed with your Line Manager.
