Youth Employment Mentor – ESF Funded until 31st March 2020

Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council is seeking to employ two committed Youth Employment Mentors to ensure that Communities For Work deliver support to young people between 16 and 24.

The Project targets unemployed and economically inactive young people and adults, to help them overcome complex barriers to employment.

We are looking for individuals who are able to demonstrate an understanding of the issues faced by young people and adults seeking sustained employment, and possess a good working knowledge of local services and organisations working with the client group.
