An opportunity has arisen for two enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join the WCCIS National Cleansing Team.

The National Cleansing Team forms part of a wider Team (Cwm Taf Morgannwg WCCIS Regional Team - WRT) and will be responsible for successfully delivering on a National Data Cleansing project.  The primary aim of the team is to improve the quality and accuracy of information held within WCCIS (CareDirector system) by reducing the number of duplicates.  In addition to this, you will support the development and delivery of training and information aimed at minimising the creation of new duplicate records.

You will support the delivery of the National Data Cleansing project on behalf of all regions across Wales, under the direction and supervision of the WRT Regional System Support Manager. 

Rhondda Fach Sports Centre will be the main base for the team, however, hybrid working arrangements are currently in place which requires a considerable proportion of home-based working.

As a Data Cleansing Officer, you will play a crucial role in the project and as such will be required to undertake a range of duties.  Key duties will include:

  • Working to agreed criteria and list; investigate and resolve duplicate records / clients on the system.
  • Support relevant developments, communication and training that is aimed at promoting best practice and minimising the creation of further duplicate records / clients in the system.

We are looking for individuals to join our team who possesses good IT skills, are organised, meticulous and have a passion to succeed.
