Looking for a challenge? Enjoy supporting others? We are currently seeking to recruit enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our team of Social Care Workers. The role will require you to provide support to individuals with learning disabilities within a community based Respite Service.

Experience of supporting people with learning disabilities is desirable but not essential, as successful applicants will be expected to fetch their own life experiences and skills to the role. A robust induction will be provided and ongoing support throughout your employment in order to ensure you maximize your potential and work to the best of your ability. You will need to have obtained or demonstrate an ability to work towards the necessary professional qualification and prove commitment to the role.

Due to services being delivered 365 days per year, the successful applicants will be required to cover a range of shifts on a rota basis, including but not limited to; evenings, weekends, Bank holidays including Christmas & New Year. The role will also require the ability to work night shifts and sleep in shift patterns.
