CASUAL CARE DOMESTIC ASSISTANTS               

CAEGLAS RESOURCE CENTRE, PARC NEWYDD, PENTRE HOUSE, TROEDYRHIW CARE HOME, TEGFAN RESOURCE CENTRE, FERNDALE HOUSE, CLYDACH COURT

Relief staff will be required to cover periods of absence of permanent staff. You will need to be available at short notice for shifts during the week, weekends and nights. We provide a high standard and quality of care to both our elderly frail and dementia residents and are looking for suitable individuals to work within our Social care workforce.

Duties will include general domestic tasks, kitchen duties and personal care of residents and service users.

Candidates for these posts will have a mature outlook and understanding of the needs of older people. Previous experience of working with or spending time with older people would be an advantage.

The successful candidates will be supported to complete the All Wales Induction Framework (AWIF), a programme designed to prepare you for your new role.
