We are looking for an individual with drive, enthusiasm, a proven track record and a solution focussed attitude to join our team. The Service Manager for Prevention and Early Intervention will be responsible for Adaptations and Community Equipment Team, Short Term Care and Support Team, Stay Well @home and Sensory Services along with new developments.

The main focus of the role will be on early intervention and preventative service development and improvement. Working with other service areas and partner organisations will be key to the delivery of positive outcomes. The Service Manager will be responsible for leading and ensuring, effective service delivery, targeting resources as efficiently as possible to achieve maximum impact.

The successful candidate will have a professional qualification in Social Work, Occupational Therapy or related field, and/or a management qualification as recognised by the Care Council for Wales. This qualification will be accompanied by significant experience of managing in a social care setting. They will also have a sound knowledge of legislation and best practice and, most importantly, a value base, which is committed to providing the best services to vulnerable people and their carers.
