An exciting opportunity has become available for a Recreation Attendant - Level 1 at Hawthorn Leisure Centre.

You will accountable to the recreation manager and will be responsible for assisting in the provision of leisure activities and supervision of the public at this facility.

Primarily, the role will be focused on delivering excellent customer service to all visitors and ensure all activities are prepared and maintained to the highest standard of readiness and cleanliness, whilst adhering to the safe operating procedures of the centre. A key part of the role will require set up and taking down of equipment, plus cleaning of all areas of our building.

Protecting children and vulnerable adults is a core responsibility of all staff appointed to the Council.

In addition to this safeguarding responsibility, the successful applicant for this role will also be subject to an enhanced disclosure and barring service check.
