Teaching Assistant Learning Pathway (TALP) Co-ordinator
Full-time secondment up to 31st Aug 2024, to commence 7th November 2022 (or sooner if possible). Remuneration is offered at current salary (Maximum £27,514 pro rata: term time only)
The Central South Consortium (CSC), serving the five Local Authorities of Bridgend, Cardiff, Merthyr Tydfil, Rhondda Cynon Taf, and Vale of Glamorgan, is working in partnership to deliver ambitious arrangements for school improvement through the Central South Wales Challenge. Collectively with our schools, we are determined that all children and young people, in every school, will experience equity and excellence.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced teaching assistant with HLTA status who can help us develop resources for all our professional learning programmes and activities and also deliver programmes and network sessions to TAs.
The successful candidate will support both the Strategic Lead for the Teaching Assistant Learning Pathway (TALP) and the QA TALP Lead in developing both national and regional resources and programmes and in the assessment process for HLTA status.
