There is an opportunity to work as a Temporary Professional Lead in the Contact Tracing Team to help respond to the Covid 19 Pandemic within the Cwm Taf Morgannwg Health Board Area.

The successful candidate will oversee daily workloads, supporting Contact Advisors and Contact Tracers with IT issues, interpreting documents and informing teams.   You will liaise between the advisors and Specialist EHO’s in the Regional Team. You must have the ability to analyse and evaluate situations and take appropriate action.

Experience of working in a Public Protection Role is desirable. The ability to use Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is essential.

The Service operates 7 days a week and the role includes shift work.
