The Council is once again preparing to recruit to its Graduate Programme that provides fantastic opportunities to work in a vibrant environment, learn new and transferable skills, meet people from a range of backgrounds and develop a professional career in Rhondda Cynon Taf.

The role will provide on-the-job training and support attendance at college, a competitive salary, the option of joining the Council’s Pension Scheme, 25 days annual leave (in a full year) and the opportunity to access other benefits such as subsidised membership fees for Council run Leisure Centres within Rhondda Cynon Taf and a staff benefits scheme.

If you are expecting to gain a 2i degree in a health and social care, psychology, sociology, social science or youth and community work related discipline or have been in social work since gaining your 2i degree, then you could apply for the position of Adult Services Graduate Officer within the Council and become part of an ambitious, forward thinking and high performing Adult Social Work Services.

Following initial shortlisting, for those invited onto the next stage there will be assessments and individual interviews, which will take place during September. Due to the high volume of application forms these dates are not flexible but are subject to change.
